All bets are settled based on official results provided by the event organizer or governing body. Results are typically confirmed within minutes of an event ending and winnings are credited to your account. Some bets (such as tournament outrights or season-long markets) may take longer to settle.

3.6 Disputes and Complaints

If you disagree with a bet settlement, please contact our support team within 7 days of settlement. All disputes will be reviewed impartially, and okbajeevip's decision will be considered final. Complaints raised after 7 days may not be considered.

4. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, that provision will not affect the remaining terms, which will continue in full force and effect.
